    Howdy from Texas

Yes I am new to this site as a member, but I have been reading most of the threads for a few months now. That is
what affirmed my decision on getting a Mirage...i am going to the dealership on valentines day and am hoping to buy the one i have my eye on then.

Welcome. I've never seen a mirage with that black strip on the doors...

I still have yet to go to Dallas for some in-and-out

^^ Neither had I, but apparently it's a dealer option (see this post #9, and this post #11).

Welcome to the forum, Kevo2653. Is that top top line ES model? Good luck on Friday.

Welcome to the site! Congrats on finding yourself a Mirage. I love the white with the stripe.

What made you go with the Mirage vs its competitors?
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

I like the black stripe as well. I was at an autoshow this past weekend and they had a white mirage with the black stripe and it really caught my eye

I want the mirage cause the truck im.driving gets 15 city 19 hwy....that was fine when I was in the usaf
And had money to burn, but now I'm back in school and can't afford to drive around like
I like to.do...and I love small hatchbacks.I've been looking at all the hatchback s close to this car for about a yeae now.
Drove the Hyundai accent se loved it but not the looks same with the chevy sonic and s park, drove the fiesta but its so pricy to
Get good features.. and a buddy of mine bought his mirage last month and he loves it so that is what
Pushed my decision even more......and I like the dealer installed bumber and door guards as well

Is your buddy on the forum too?

There are some really good deals on base 2013 Accents & Elantras around here - I've seen ads for them for less than a base Mirage to get rid of last year's models. I've haven't driven any of the Mirage's competitors yet though (I really should).
