    Newest Smart car I can find in my area is a 2019. Mini Cooper, but that's not an affordable economy car. We never had the Micra here. It's slim pickings.

    As I recall, the DumbForTwo wasn't inexpensive. Nor was it particularly great for mpg. Seems like it was about mid-30's. So, you pay too much for something that can only haul 2 people and little else. I value it for its conceptual thinking, but think it has little value.

    Beyond parallel parking them, the Smart car wasn't impressive. 33 city & 39 highway, & I never heard anyone talk about getting better than that like the Mirage.

    2018-19 may have been only electric models, but that didn't save them either.

    I'll never miss the option of buying a Smart car or Fiat 500. The Fit or Yaris is another story!

    Given what's left, I find it easy to be content with my Mirage. Embracing small economy cars is apparently not the norm here.
