Why would they put picnic tables and a swingset in the middle of a pond?

Nice to see other people agree on this. My 2014 Mirage had the automatic climate control. Although it’s handy for warming up the car in Canadian winters. I seem to enjoy the manual control on my 2017 Mirage. Anyone else every shut the climate control off time to time to give the tiny motor a bit more power?

For what it's worth, I sat in a 2020 Mirage G4 and GT today at the Portland International Auto Show. The six-way seat does seem to be more comfortable than my four-way seat, at least initially.

not specific to the Mirage, but for Mitsubishi cars in general.

By default, the "auto" function of the climate control system changes from recirculate, to venting outside air in. This, I believe, is for health reasons (you shouldn't be inhaling recirculated air for long periods of time), and possibly to help speed up the cooling/heating process.

In my neck of the woods, though, where traffic is abysmal, you could be stuck in a gridlock between 2 smoke-belching diesel buses, and the system would suddenly decide you need "fresh" air.

Lived with it for a couple years (I drive a Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero Sport on occasion), where I would manually set temps and fans when in traffic, and only found out recently that this feature can be disabled. D'oh!

Omg these vents either open wide or shut. There is no aiming them. Or sucks in the Florida heat.
