    Tractor Pull? CVT or Manual

It seems the gear ratio range of the CVT is both lower and higher than the manual. Does this mean that, in the unlikely event of having to move something heavy, that the CVT would actually out-perform the manual?

Why did they give the CVT such range, and not the manual. I would like a 6th gear that is taller for the highway, or even just the 5 gears with 4 speeds at regular intervals and a taller 5th.

i think the manual is made for the 1.0 liter? and they just use the same one for the 1.2?
    or is that incorrect?

The lower gear is for take off. Makes the cvt seem less sluggish. Id still rather pull with the manual. Pulling with a cvt is a lot of stress on the cvt pulley

guessing here but probably because the cvt design easily allows it
