Pictures of the tires on the Mirage before you sell please.

8" wide rims seem like quite a stretch for a small car like the Mirage.

My former Honda CRV had 6" wide rims, & my current Subaru Forester has 6.5" wide rims. Those wheels/tires look normal on a compact SUV. Using a 8" wide rims on these compact SUV vehicles would be a stretch.

All the Mitsubishi SUV vehicles (Outlander Sport, Outlander, & Eclipse Cross) come with rims that are 7" wide or under.

What size tires are you planning to put on 15x8 rims? Tire sizes of 215, 225, 235, & 245 are recommended for 8" wide rims.

Since I have a g4/Attrage I can’t be sure if the mirage will fit.
I am now on my THIRD set of wheels with et25 and width of 8jj.
What I found out is that each set of wheels despite having the same offset will stick out by different amounts.
My latest set is Rays MTE37 and they are all tucked in well inside the wheel wells compared to the previous 2 sets of wheels.
The rays are 16x8jj et25 and they fit the g4/Attrage nicely and flush. In fact I am running wider tires now at 195s.

Is it possible that the RPF1’s have enlarged center bore and you have to use the appropriate hub centering ring to fit the mirage?
The reason i asked is because I just got my Miata spec’d MTE37’s and despite being a miata specific wheel, the wheel center bore ended up larger and came with miata specific hub centering ring instead. So i just got the correct size ring to fit on the Attrage.

    I don't see the G4 15" wheels on here.

    These are 15x5.5 +38.

I assume these wouldn't rub on a hatchback with the 175/55/15. What about 185/55/15?

Where did you find the specs for that wheel? Ive seen it shown as 15x5.5 and also 15x5?

I don't think you'd have any rubbing issues with that wheel regardless of which tire you put on it.

Embossed on the back of the wheel.

Someone who is changing their wheels or a junkyard.
