2013 base FIT w/ 5 speed auto . Display:38.5 and 38.16 calculated . Fill of VALERO 89 w/E10 @ 1 click of gas nozzle .
Base, 5-speed borrowed from Mitsu Canada.
(FYI, the Canadian Mirage displays in US gallons on the "mpg" screen, not Imperial.)
That was for an actual round trip of about 12 km on a warm engine in quiet sub/urban conditions.
And I also believe the MID vastly under-reports mileage when you do a lot of engine-off coasting like this. My actual MPG was probably quite a bit higher than indicated. I'll have to post a thread about that...

The A/C takes about 4 mpg in the Mirage.

Hey Darin!
My display has never under reported before. It always over reports by about 2-3%,sometimes more.
I include what the "B"display indicated in the comments section of the fuel log every time at fillup.
Today's fill for example got 65.2 MPG and the display said 66.8. (Lots of EOC like you did)
As for pics, AFTER filling today 25.4 miles on the trip meter, showing "B" display:
Range estimate after 25.4 of driving home:
And if I may brag about my personal trip record of a 12 mile trip home from my uncles house in 30 MPH tail wind...
To be fair,I got 56MPG on the way there into this wind,so the average of the two comes out around 74 MPG.

Don (05-16-2015)
The ScanGauge and MID agreed very closely (within a few percent) in normal driving. Yet when I started using pulse & glide frequently (like suburban driving where the engine may be shut down before the MID updates), they started to diverge to the point that the SG value was double the MID value.
The SG is accurate when I do that type of driving in my Metro/Firefly. So which was right in the Mirage?
I suspect the problem would go away with a kill switch in the Mirage that would permit the MID to continue updating. (Keying off/on causes the 30-second MID update timer to reset, even if you were 1 second away from an update.)
I meant to start a thread on this but haven't gotten to it yet.
