ok so quick brainstorm the piston to deck height is -1.17mm the piston is dished with raised quench areas how do I measure the piston cc???!!!

I think you need the piston dish radius for calculations.

ok so with playdough plexi glass a micrometer and a syringe I figure the combustion chamber volume to be approximately 44cc.
cc the cylinder head out to 32.5 cc the dish in the piston to 6.5 cc. Piston to deck volume to 13 cc including the dish. And -1.5 cc for the quench area on the piston. Still no SD card adapter but soon, just be patient..
alright this is a pain in the buns to insert an image, am I doing something wrong? I'm clicking insert an image>from folder>choose file>selected picture (.jpg file)>open>upload file(s) nothing happens
okay now I'm really confused
piston and rod
So what was the issue for a complete tear down?

Yes, I'd like to know too.
And it looks like you got the photo posting sorted out.

It was a blown head gasket, had to check to see whether it would be sent to the machine shop or not. When i found out it wouldn't be salvageable I wanted to tear it down and get some measurements. I've got plenty more pics I didn't really get it sorted out they just kind of started popping up after I gave up I think that's why there are a couple duplicates. If somebody would like to pm me their email I could send the rest if they know how to post up the rest of them.
