Considering that the dealership checked my alignement twice for free and that Mitsubishi will do free rotation and balance every 3k mi, the outcome of my case is not as bad as it could have (like they putting the blame on me). This regular service has to be authorized by the service manager of dealer's group every time. Thursday had my first meeting with him and the guy behaved very well. Got my car in the shop instantly and 40 minutes later balance, rotation and oil/filter change was done. They didn't clean the spilled oil from the drain under the filter so it was dripping a little later, but that's just a small slip. I wiped it at home and that's it. (No, they didn't overfilled).

Clamp the axle in a jig? Build a tweaker, bolts to the axle stub and the backing plate mounting holes (4) for the brake. Screw a 8 foot pipe onto the flange and 1 person could bend it back where it needs to be. If replacements are showing alignment issue same as those on the lot., you NEED to focus on the mounting points. Enlarge the body mounting point and use thick washers rendering the mounting point slightly moveable, enough to get the toe, especially cross toe close to perfect. Then fix the camber while maintaining the toe. If they won't fix it I will.

I saw a Mirage on the highway this weekend, and the rear alignment was so obviously out of spec it was like a dog running sideways.
OK, not quite, but it was definitely noticeable.
I thought: man, he's got to be chewing up tires.
