Will there be no other shade of purple offered on any version of the '17 Mirage besides this wine red color? It would be great to see a blueish purple added to the Mirage's exterior color palette. No complaints here, just wondering with a suggestion to Mitsu. Peace... AladdinSane. ♐

I think this color is going to be called "wine" or something similar. It replaces the "plasma purple" which I say is a good thing. I don't know how popular that color is but I personally wouldn't want it. I would probably pick this color or the red which will be carried over.
So in 2017, the trim level ES will be the base model?

In the USA I believe the ES will now be the base model. The SE will be the mid level model with alloy with 14 inch alloy wheels and such. Then the GT is top trim will be the GT and will only be available with a CVT as you know.
