I got a big dent in my hood a week after I got mine. I've come to learn that the Pearl White is expensive as hell to repaint. Something about it taking three layers of paint. Glad your OK.

Expensive is right. I have painted some pearl white stuff myself. There's the white base coat, then the milky/clear/sparkly midcoat, then the clear top coat. PIA IMO😃

sucks! could've been a ton worse, injuries suck. did you hit your head on the headrest? .. they feel awfully undesirable

Just got my car back from dealer shop yesterday.
Had to go through insurance but no big deal as deductible is waived for no fault on my part.
The other driver was/will not be charged as we took care of it ourselves.
While I was at the dealer I looked at the 2017's and I'm thinking of passing mine to my son and getting a new one.
