It's the magnetic distortion caused by the Canadian shield being nothing more than a massive chunk of nickel that extends for hundreds of miles in every direction. The mining operations in Sudbury are just scratching the surface.

Maybe, due to the shape of the earth, you being in Canadia, me being in Atlanta, maybe you're a 90° angle to me physically, and that's throwing off the picture insertions...

I downloaded them, rotated and reloaded. The site seems to get pissy and flips portrait mode pictures.portrait mode: and landscape:

Before I upload any picture I rotate it upside down and save it. Then I reopen open it, rotate it to it's correct orientation and save it again. Then I upload the picture and that has eliminated the problem for me at least.
