So I finally took the car into the friggin dealership on Friday 1/26. Got there at 11 am. I left at 1:45 pm.

The first thing the service rep said to me (after) was, "Bad news." They took my compressor off, only find that the new compressor had no clutch. So they put my original compressor back on.

"Call us on Monday," he says.

Fat chance.

I give them a rating of 7 out of 10 compared to how dealership service usually goes...
