G sensor low voltage p1708 (CVT shifter "D" light blinking)

Hi everyone, hope you all doing well, can anyone please help with my mirage 2013, (D) is blinking and showing P1708 code but can’t find where is G sensor is located

Where are you getting the description of the code from? There is a g sensor built into the abs module for hill start assist and traction control purposes but its probably unrelated to your issue.

Salam brother! Code is showing in scanner! Before that i saw few video to change transmission oil and filter with O ring stuff! And i did that too! But it’s D still blinking! There is only one code showing in scanner which g sensor low voltage p1708 , because of it my car is limp mode!

Have you tried clearing the code and/or disconnecting and reconnecting the battery and seeing if the code comes back?

Do you have any of the dashboard lights on like traction control?

Have you checked that all 3 of your brake lights work?

Yes! I did those things aswell! No lights except D blinking and brake lights are good!

I looked online and on the factory service manual, neither the code nor the code description exist. If I had to guess the description you are seeing might be incorrect.

I recommend maybe trying this phone app and seeing if it gives you a different code description. Other people on the forum have had success with it: https://cvtz50.info/en/ you can also use it to view transmission parameters to look for issues.
