2015 Mirage Jumped Time/ Engine Damage?

We've got a 2015 Mirage with 180k miles. Wouldn't start, eventually checked compression, and numbers were low across the board, so assuming we jumped time. If the engine has jumped time, how likely is it that valves have been damaged? Thanks

Folks, thanks a ton--it worked! A teaspoon oil in each cylinder (had to do it twice), and we were good to go.
