Changed to my winter wheels today. Looking at pics. I see a Loose Bolt

'23 Mirage Hatch. 10300km. Never had a brake change. has had 3 oil changes.

So I changed to my winter wheels myself since they are already on rims. I feel like almost a man.
I took some pics and when I was looking at them I noticed a loose bolt on the caliper.

I went down and felt it with my hands and looked with a flashlight it appears to be the same on both sides.
now that the tires are on I see this screw behind the rim.

Is this supposed to be like this?

Don't fak with that. It's just a bleeder screw for your brakes. It's fine, there's nothing wrong with it.

It's not loose, it is an essential part of the brake hydraulic system.
