    that noise

Ok guys, I need some help here

I have the exhaust noise from the defective hangers.

    There's 84000 kms on my 2017.

Any I going to get charged to get these replaced and what's the damage going to be?

(it should be nothing because it's a not fit for purpose part in the first place)

I don't know if there was a recall for those or maybe just a tsb. If you still have basic warranty coverage(bumper to bumper) it shouldn't cost you anything. Do you have 10 or 5 year bumper to bumper coverage?
The cheap and easy fix that I've done that seems to work seemingly forever is pop the hanger just ahead of the rh rear wheel off the body side, wrap you favorite flavor of tape around the peg/mount/hanger dingus to build it up a little thicker than it is and slap the rubber hanger back on. It should fit tight now and stop slapping around.

Others have had luck using haywire or zipties wrapped around the rubber in various ways to snug them up.

I need to crawl under my Mirage & do that sometime. Thanks for the reminder Fummins!

I like beer. Get 7milesout to pick you and Dirk up. Bring your quads(or Mirages) I know a good trail!

I'm wanting to take the party bus down this trail. Not sure how dumb of an idea that is yet. This section of trail is the easy part. I saw a video of someone taking a newer stock powerwagon 3/4 ton down here.

Sorry Wally, another hijack. You can come too.

I've got to do mine now that it has warmed up a bit. The buzz is so damned annoying.

I think that trail would eliminate any Mirage muffler vibration issue, because it would be completely gone in a short period of time.

As far as Dirk goes, Missouri is closer than Atlanta!

I'm down. I'll pick up Dirk and then Mark with the below and head on up.

Fummins do you live on the left side or right side of Canadia?

Those old wheel covers in the picture below make my Blueberry look like it's 'rollin on dubs' ... like big ole huge 15" wheels. With my painted wheels, now the wheels and tires look a lot smaller. I like the smaller looking wheels and tires.

After replacing my hangers twice on my 2017 ES I decided to use hose clamps around the outside of the rubber hanger and forget it. Been good for 3 years now.

Just for clarification here - the rubber hangers aren't slipping off their hanging spots, correct? No one is having their mufflers drop down.

The rubber hangers don't stay snug, and that causes the vibration, correct?

Hose clamps are cheap, & I like cheap fixes. Seems like you could snug them up better with a hose clamp versus a zip tie, too.

Correct. The holes wear out in the hangers and then cause the rattle.
