Remove the upper center heater vents/hazard light switch bezel. It just pulls off. Wedge something that won't scratch the dash(if you care about it)between it and the dash and pry it straight off.
Unplug hazard switch.
Then you can see the 2 or 4 phillips head screws holding the radio in place. It's pretty straight forward from there.
Could maybe try hitting it with compressed air first?
