blinking D and P of CVT on dash

Hello guys, My mirage G4 is currently on 600km only and I recently experienced a sluggish acceleration and the D and P lights up snd blinks on the dash?... has anybody experienced this before?.. TIA

thanks for all the replies guys... The blinking happened only once after a tight u-turn. never again did it occured. could be a minor glitch a ma-jig. and yes, we have 5-year warranty as well...
