That is a bonkers deal, but I should point out that used cars in general are cheaper in areas where rust is a concern, and for good reason. Dirk is not in one of those areas.

Yeah I didnt get that deal. I did however, after an argument with my oldlady, figure out that the seats fold forward very far giving me ample room to sleep in my car. 60/40 folded down nicely, with a nice slant. I could reach the domelight switch easily. Just had my sleeping bag and a small pillow, it did nicely.

Thats what my fiance calls my ride, the doghouse and that tric owns a G4 too. The nerve. Lol
Price drop on this private sale, somewhat beat-up, low-miles manual 2014 in Ottawa: was asking $3800, now $3200.
What's amazing is the number of hits the ad has: 1245 visits! And still no takers after 2 months.
One red flag is the car has already had a brake job (says the owner), yet it only has 77k km / 46k miles on it.
And it only has winter tires on it, no summers.
All that, plus no A/C, plus crappy pictures = no takers yet.

I wouldn't let having a brake job be a deal breaker. Lots of places probably push new brakes earlier than they really need them. I've changed front pads on Mirage's as early as 50k kms and the highest mileage I recall on the original pads I've seen was 110k kms/70k miles.

Well, looks like somebody took it. It's gone now!
My beater 2000 Metro developed a brake line leak this weekend (corrosion), and the exhaust system started falling apart last week (corrosion). When I spotted the brake fluid on the driveway, I'll admit my first thought was, "maybe it's finally time to ditch the old Suzukiclones and get a Mirage."
I actually came back here for the link to that Kermit green car ... and it's gone.

This one is in querbec but it's cheap. Looks like they were asking $5000 at one time as per the windshield. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/...ationFlag=true

Hold out until the end of July, I'll sell you mine for $5500. Complete with coilover kit.
Simplify and add lightness.
