Holy..
Do you participate in car subwoofer bass competitions?
I wonder what '91cavgt' will have to say about this.
Is that some sort of deep cycle replacement battery for the car?
Anyways, nice job!

I have in the past competed and plan to see what my numbers are soon
Yes thats a deep cycle replacement and its wonderful!
Thank you, I'll see if i have a link to a video

This was my old box that was falling apart, so its not as loud as it is now Ill get a new video up soon.
Any distortion heard in the video is due to sound pressure its sounds clean and clear in person.
How big of an amp do you have pushing that sub? How is the stock alternator holding up?
I don't have any recent pics of my sub setup. It's just a single 8" sub mounted under the passenger seat, but it is powered by a JL Audio amp that is rated at 180 watts rms into 4 ohms and 250 watts rms into 2 ohms. The sub is a dual voice coil 4 ohm sub so I've got it setup for 2 ohm. So the sub is being pushed pretty hard.
Certified holder of useless car knowledge.
If I ever get a Mirage I'll most likely use the Infinity Basslink that is currently installed in my Volvo S70. Compact, built-in amplifier, and punchy.
BTW, what do you think of using those deep cycle car batteries for souped up car audio systems in a 'normal' daily driver scenario? Do they last longer than 'normal' batteries, more corrosion resistant, etc?

I have a 1500 watt RMS amp that puts out 1750 watts continuous. Crescendo Audio S1500.1 The stock alternator is okay as its not dropping below 12 volts however I dont care for any voltage drop which is why i have Singer Alternators building me a custom 220 AMP alternator to replace the stock
