    Mine's about dead on with the chart at 5.5 L/100 km at
    110 km/h (68.75 mph)
    CVT

    It actually is possible to get more MPGs at a higher speed than a lower speed, because a specific engine may have a certain RPM range that's more efficient for the load. It takes more energy to get up to speed, but once you hold a steady cruise, the results can be surprising.

    My last trip I was doing mostly 70mph and I was Getting Between 48 to 50.2 MPGs and that's with a CVT

    I never drive that fast! I never go faster than 60-62mph, regardless if the speed limit is higher. Just not in that big of hurry to go anywhere.

    I regularly pull 42+ mpg's and I cane this poor car like its a weekend rental. I love to hear the motor sing at higher rpm's, and it shifts very solidly for an eco-box. Occasionally I drive sensibly, and easily see 50+ mpg's.
