No new engine for revised (2016/2017) Mirage in Philippines?

I've now read 2 articles from the Philippines about the revised Mirage that do not mention any changes to the engine.

The same situation in Australia: 2016 redesigned Mirage info (Australia) - revised steering, no new engine?

So it seems like not everyone is getting the revised (78 hp in North America) engine with the roller cam.
