If you don't choose your wheels/tires carefully, moving up to 15" wheels could impact your fuel economy. Try to avoid heavy 15" wheels, and (perhaps more importantly) use Low Rolling Resistance tires.
I have 20,000+ miles on a 15" wheel and tire combination that I believe is just as efficient as the OEM 14" wheels/tires. You can read all the details HERE.
