Mine rattles too, in particular driving along cobble stone roads. The caliper pin bushings were both renewed a couple of years ago because the brakes started dragging. It was the bushing that were erroneously greased years ago with regular grease instead of silicone grease. That makes them swell and lock firmly in place, causing brake drag. See FSM.
The rattling on mine comes from the pads rattling up and down. It is not really bad, so I wont do anything about it. The brakes do not drag at all, more important to me than rattling on cobble stone roads.
