    Improvements to the Infotainment

    Hey guys,
I am one of the R&D engineers for Mitsu,
I am hoping you can help me out.

We are looking for ways to improve the radio.
Please tell me what radio you have, and what we can do to make your
    lives easier.

My 2015 ES has the factory radio with JCI Bluetooth. I wish it handled USB playback better.

For touchscreen systems, include TPMS management please!

A way to use Android Auto with an iPod at the same time would be my wish. I can't even do that with bluetooth, as the Android Auto seems to take over bluetooth as well.

Aren't those two systems (Android and Apple) mutually exclusive?

The systems are separate, but they use common resources.
There is only one USB port, so only one can use that, and Android Auto takes over the bluetooth when it is pluggd in.

That makes sense. However, I wouldn't expect Android Auto to control an iPod, but I have no experience with either.

    I'm sorry I wasn't clear...
android does not control the iPod,
it is using the resources and does not allow the iPod to work when Android Auto is running.
The system just can't connect to both at the same time...

Why not? There's the iPod under the Media icon - not under Apple Carplay. How is it different from the Radio or CD Player?

Would it be possible with wireless Android Auto?

    Folks!

Here is a Mitsubishi R&D Engineer asking our input on the Mirage! Let's get some more involvement and help improve our favorite little car. There's no better crowd to ask as no one knows better how it works and what features would help.

Opportunities like this don't happen very often. Here's your chance to let Mitsubishi know what you think.
