Picked up gently used 14" OEM rims for my Mirage, good deal. Not perfect but taking a look pretty good shape hope they perform well. Did notice a nickel sized dent on the one. Well they are used

Nice score dspace9. I'm not sure if fuel economy means anything to you, but I'm interested in how these will affect your fuel consumption. Also ride and handling. Let us know what you see.
Something tells me you won't see much of a difference. In that sense, what tires are you using now?

A comparison will need to be at similar conditions - that is, time of year. The Mirage tends to consume more fuel during cold temperatures. Good thing you have several years of history with your Mirage, so that'll help. Also, I was hoping you had Enasaves on your steel rims. That's fine though. You'll be able to tell a difference right away.
Too bad about TPMS.

My summer record w the old Dunlops was 4.2 L/ 100kms near Mackinac bridge, and summer overall, avg'd 4.7-5.1.
Bridgestones have been similar to the Dunlops winter and summer consumption.
This summer I'll hopefully get something similar with the "new" Dunlops on the alloys. I can't replicate things perfectly, but I'll be quasi-scientific

If we lived closer, I'd say: can I please get your RE92's when you're done with them? Pretty please??
(Assuming you live far away - Mackinac Bridge reference.)
Do you happen to know if anybody's done a formal coastdown comparison between the RE92's and the Enasaves?

My impression was the RE92's are terrible in slippery conditions. I run dedicated winter tires, but you may not see nearly as much snow as around here.

Not at all, I think people have the impression they're fake sporty tires, but I prefer them in the winter to the Dunlop's. We get lots of snow whatever Grand Bend gets I get so lots of snow
I'm sure your winters are the most ideal, but the Bridgestones behave like typical tires.
