Driver seat and I’m not sure how to go about since everyone at Mitsubishi is not saying it’s standard. I hope I’m not offending anyone just saying what I was told.

There is no universal, official date when a new model year begins. I've seen cars made as early as August labeled as the next model year. Most companies begin production of the next model year in the fourth quarter, making the transition some time in September. Since your sedan was made in September, I can see them accidentally putting a non-adjustable seat in what's supposed to be a '19 model early in the transition, or possibly doing it deliberately to clear inventory.
I'm getting my popcorn ready. But it should have the knob. I'd gather all material stating it is standard equipment and send it to Mitsubishi and ask what's going on.
For all you know the dealer pulled your seat to fix a problem for something and put a seat from a 18 in your car not realizing it's not the same.
Its four bolts to remove the seat.

You are not offending anyone, but the Mitsubishi website indicates a 6-way driver's seat is standard equipment on all Mirage & G4 vehicles in 2019. You can't offer something as an option if it is already standard equipment.
Go to your dealer. Have them look up your car on the Mitsubishi website. Ask them to show you the interior features offered on your car. Then ask them why your 2019 G4 doesn't have this item as standard equipment?
You either bought a 2018 G4, or you have 2019 G4 with a 2018 G4 front driver's seat. I would be assertive and check into it, but that's me!
I looked at the window sticker for my '19 hatchback, and it weirdly lists the "4-way adjustable passenger seat" and fluff like "gloss black center panel", while the 6-way adjustable driver seat is never mentioned at all. It was built in October of 2018, and it does have the height adjustment.
I looked up another thread. I was talking about 2019 Mirages having this added option in August of last year already.
Here's another source - Edmund's - look at "What's new" for 2019.

I’ll keep you guys updated with what I find out.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2019
The 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 should look familiar to most buyers for the new model year. The sole changes are two new standard features. Cruise control and driver’s seat height adjustability are now standard on every Mirage G4.

Thank you. I will show them all of this.
