Before you do that, can we have your VIN? With that, we will be able to see if you should have the 4-way or 6-way seats. Using the Mitsubishi Monroney service, we can review your window sticker.

The height adjustment is only useful if you're short. My wife needs it for sure but I dont and have never used mine. It's all the way down. So if you are a bit taller or even avg height I'd doubt you would use it.

If the window sticker indicates you bought a 2019 Mirage & this feature is standard equipment for all Mirages in 2019, how can some cars be sold without this feature?

Mitsubishi said is a grammar issues and so does the dealership[the dealership manger said all 138 cars he has like mine doesn’t have that feature.

they claim it’s not standard
