When you pull the plug, you'll get about 2.5 liters out. If you drop the pan you'll get a bit more out, I dunno how much exactly. You won't get all 7.0L out of it. Ever, it's not gonna happen. If you buy a new transmission and it's never had fluid in it it'll hold 7.0L. There is no drain plug for the torque converter on these transmissions( so there's always gonna be fluid in there.
Best be when draining the fluid is to try to measure how much came out and put the same amount back in. As long as it was properly filled from new you shouldn't have a problem.
