The Lancer I drove shifted much smoother than my Mirage!
Well the individual part is available. It runs a little over $300. In addition to the fold down armrest it would require and bolt and washer (extra few bucks). However, the parts department was not certain if the ES has an existing hole under the seat cover. He said to pull back or up the cover. I went out to look but there doesn't seem to be a way to easily get in that area. I guess I'd have to check with the service or body shop.
There's probably a zipper on the seat back. There was on the 17's.
For $300 I'd rather stack some cut up 2x4's and put a blanket over it. Then buy beer with the rest. Or go find the bums we evicted, sounds like they know how to party.

That's funny. No, I wound not pay that. I just figured someone on this forum would have done it. If one could find a wrecked G4 in a salvage yard it would be worth it (probably cost 20 bucks). I will look better for a zipper.
