I heard in stop and go slow traffic its best to put it in B or low gear. Easier on the CVT? Thoughts?
Why bother? Honest question. If you care enough about economy to bother pulsing, you completely bought the wrong transmission.
And Dirk, it should make absolutely no difference if it's in low or drive. If you get any speed up you are just revving it higher for no reason. If you stay slow enough for that not to happen, it'll be in the same gear range regardless of what is selected.
Don't... dont force it to rev higher for no reason. THATS how you kill a CVT.
