    Clutch "GROAN" at low speeds

When I am maneuvering around a parking lot, making sharp turns and engaging the clutch at low speeds, I will often hear a groan. It is different than the whine of the trans in reverse. I have 59k mi. When I am driving from a stop sign or light or under typical driving conditions I don't hear it.

A year ago I tightened the clutch cable very slightly. Should I try tightening it a little bit more? Does anyone else hear this and is it normal?

    It is not normal.

Is the noise when you operate the pedal? I'm confused as to when you are hearing the noise.
