Did the brake service last night. Temps were around -7 with a strong wind. I wasn't taking any pics, I was having a tough enough time keeping my hands functional.
Scrubbed the rust off where it was needed. Applied generous amounts of silicon lube pretty much everywhere. Put a thick coat down on the door side and frame side rubber wearher stripping since I had to melt my way into the car to fire it up to have heat for my hands.
Fluid filmed a few areas while I was at it (front hub nuts door locks, latches, etc), however I didnt do the full undercoat because despite 3 hot water tanks worth of hose work, there was still ice and snow caked onto the vast majority of the underside of the car...
Guess I was a couple weeks too late. I tried, and if it warms up again I'll finish it off.
Stupid Atlantic winter.
