My mom says I'm cool
View my fuel log 2014 Mirage SE wussie cvt edition. 1.2 automatic: 36.7 mpg (US) ... 15.6 km/L ... 6.4 L/100 km ... 44.1 mpg (Imp)
View my fuel log 2015 Mirage ES 1.2 manual: 42.1 mpg (US) ... 17.9 km/L ... 5.6 L/100 km ... 50.6 mpg (Imp)
Let the record show I didn't judge your choices as some others around here...
I haven't made any significant changes in the month I've had this Mirage, but the little tweaks here and there have made if feel more like my own.
Changes so far:
Blacked out all four center hubs & emblems.
Blacked out fender turn signal covers (will be replacing soon with actual LED lamps)
Added MIVEC decals
Mitsubishi license plate brackets
More to come!
If it's a US spec car it's an ES. We had the DE (base model) and the ES (nicer model) for the 14-15 model year. I don't know why they had to make things so crazy with a bunch of trim levels...
-Karl B. 2019 Mirage SE CVT, 2015 Mirage ES CVT, and 2015 Mirage DE 5 speed. Plenty of other cars as well.
If there's any doubt, just enter the VIN into the Mitusbishi Monroney service online, and it'll return a copy of the original Monroney window sticker with details about how the car was configured from the factory. Let us know if you need help.
First oil change yesterday evening @ 28,894 miles. Used 3 qts Oreilly's Full Synthetic 0W-20 and a Wix 51356 oil filter. Easiest (and cleanest) oil change I've ever done in my life.
Take notes Honda! The lower control arm is not an adequate funnel for channeling oil into the drain pan.
