Question: Can the ECO lights/ECO indicator system be enabled/disabled in ETACS?
One answer.
Duct tape.

Smart answer, but not to the question.
Repeat: Can the ECO lights/ECO indicator system be enabled/disabled in ETACS?
Background: A stripped-naked-model speedometer without rev-meter, without ECO lights, etc., would be replaced by a normal one as seen in the other models. If that were to be accomplished, various functions would need enabling in ETACS.

We're just kidding Foams. Your one of the keystone members on here and your insight has been very valuable over the years, I mean that! This forum has turned into a family so a little light hearted joking around is to be expected. I, for one, always look forward to your posts.
What about this free appearing etacs decoder I found on another russian site. https://forum.kolyandex.su/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3 Need to sign up though.
