New pads are relatively inexpensive and being mechanically inclined it takes about 45 minutes from start to finish to change them myself.
Nice. I'm getting my Mirage's tires rotated, and my brakes inspected at my local Ford dealer on the 11th of Nov.
See where I'm at with wear then. I'm curious what my local Ford dealer is gonna say. And I wonder what their quote will be for new brakes all around my Mirage.
Err on the side of caution is important. I'm also debating about ordering Vredstein all-weather tires and put them on my steelies. See what Ford quotes me on all this work.
