Hi All,
Can you suggest anything that we can put to lessen the noise for both fenders.
There is a gap bet, and it makes noise while driving.

Don’t fill that void. Anything you fill that with will hold moisture and encourage corrosion in a place that will be difficult to reach.
If noise is the problem to be solved why not consider using something like dynamat?

I’m positive there is a piece of foam that fits in there on our cars. It runs up and down near the rear of the fender. I don’t know if my 2014 has it but I’m sure the 2015 and 2017’s I tore apart had them.
Basically where you circled in your second picture.
We have crazy wind here this morning. I didn’t notice any notice coming from there, just around the tops of the doors.

i would use
"Great Stuff Pond and Stone"
https://homeefficiencyguide.com/grea...am-waterproof/
then i would paint the foam after it cured
but i'm a little crazy
(no idea how it would react to a car fire)
( and i would spray the area with silicone spray lube so the foam does not act like glue )

Ok so this morning i removed my mudflaps and checked the gap and found the foam was still inside so i put it back in place. I think this helps reduce the wind noise on the side.
and took the opportunity to clean the dust collected under the plastic cover for the wheel wells.
