Hi .. My 2019 Mirage is fully loaded (infotainment, parking sensors, heated seats, cruise, auto fold mirrors etc.) except that it doesn't have a rear camera fitment.
It seems that in the UK the rear camera fitment is very rare. The only used genuine Mitsi. camera I could find in the UK was £100 plus £15 shipping but I got my Friend in Japan to bid on one on Yahoo Auctions and won it for about £10.
Prior to that I found a new camera listed at a UK dealer but his picture was for the 2020 model so a different fitment camera.
However, he did send me the fitting instructions for the later camera to the same head/infotainment unit I have in my car.
It would seem that the camera function needs to be set up by a main dealer. Anyone know if this is the case and if so how much I should expect to pay for them to do this. Or is there some kind of aftermarket tool that will perform this function.
