    ASG light not coming on.

    I recently purchased a Mirage3 CVT
This morning the AS&G light is off. However it illuminates for 5 secs when starting the car, as you'd expect.
Pressing the button makes the orange 'AS&G off' lamp illuminate, pressing the button again makes the amber light go off, but the green light doesn't come on.
Heater is off, bonnet closed, seat belt on, green light stayed off for the whole 30 minute journey
Any ideas what I should be checking please?

When is the green light supposed to turn on? Once the car is warmed up?
What does the owners manual say?

Hello cartoony and welcome to the forum.

Is it safe to assume you are referring to the Mirage Auto Stop & Go feature? If that's the case, there are a bunch of criteria that must be met before AS&G is enabled. There's a post on it around here somewhere...

Would be nice to have that on my Mirage.

    Good link, Adam.

This thread also details the conditions that must be met for ASG to function:

Operation & details of the Auto Stop & Go (engine stop/start) on a 1.2L CVT Mirage
