I've had my mental Mirage for over a week now and I've seen a total of two, both in the dealership. I've even offered my grandchildren a financial incentive if they spot one. I still have my pockets full of wedge.
It appears, well it is a fact, Mitsubishi Mirage's are very thin on the ground here in Yorkshire. You know that thing where you buy a new car and you see them all over God's creation?......................................... well not here. I just wonder how many Mirage's have been sold in the U.K. At least one, I've got it.

    Definitely migratory.

We had an inundation of migratory Mirages today. I saw two!

What's the descriptive term for a group of Mirages?

    A "EcoHorde" of Mirages

I'll copy and paste this here: A group of snails can be referred to as a rout, walk or escargatoire of snails. The word snail is used for thousands of animal species in the gastropod mollusk family

I'd be OK with a rout of Mirages.

A menagerie of Mirages. I'm out today, I'll keep my eyes peeled for another Mirage, I'll even photograph one (if stationary) and post it. But I'm confident they'll all be hiding away somewhere.

Is the Mitsubishi brand not selling well in the UK?

The L200 and Outlander sell pretty well but since the demise of the Charisma & Lancer there is no Focus sized car that are very popular in the UK. Not everybody wants or needs the SUV type of vehicle but then Nissan has that sewn up with the Qashqai and Juke. Here, apparently, are the European sales figures for Mitsubishi. Woeful.

Mitsubishi-Space-Star-Mirage-auto-sales-statistics-EuropeMonthly and annual sales figures for the Mitsubishi Space Star in Europe.

These statistics include sales of the Mitsubishi Space Star / Mirage minicar sold from late 2012 onwards. They exclude sales of the Space Star small MPV, sold from 1998 through 2006.

The sedan version of the Space Star is sold as the Mitsubishi Attrage.

See how Mitsubishi Space Star/Mirage sales compare to the other models in the minicar segment. Also find Mitsubishi Mirage US sales figures.

Interesting question. Which market is bigger - US or UK? I'm not sure how to compare those sales figures.
