Looks mint!
Project car purchased for 100$ cash and still managed to over pay.

Rough and rusty. Small passenger side mirror.
'Kill it with fire' dirty gray cloth interior.
Cherry Bomb exhaust sound system
2.0L 8-valve naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine. Cylinder head was recently refreshed with new valve stem seals, polished and lapped valves and seats. New head gasket and timing belt. New distributor and spark plugs.
Seems to be there.
Bent factory steelies with 2 different pairs of dry rotted tires.
Looks mint!

Sure is... It even has a push button start and starts every time.
I just wish it had a stereo. I'm sure it was removed for weight reduction.
I really bought it so I can take measurements for a future build. (RWD 1998 GTI)

I appreciate the feature set of that solution, however, I think something capable of enjoyable sound reproduction would suit me better. I have another sub, head unit and amplifier at my other house. I just need to find a set of components and tweeters that fit my budget. Anything I buy for this car will exceed the KBB fair condition trade in value of the car itself.
For now if I am driving farther than 15 minutes away I will drive the mirage to have music.
