I clicked on the WD-40 one & it took me to a site that was selling a device that plugged into the OBD2 plug. In the reviews, a Lady claimed her F-150 got over 30 MPG with it!!!

If someone thought their car was an easy bake oven those would be great to put in the tank..just throw in a stick of butter and bake some cookies on the way to work
1 simple trick to lower fuel consumption by 55%!
Easiest way I've found is by adjusting the nut behind the wheel.
Damn well I'm off to the grocery store to grab some ketchup, icing sugar, eggs, and then to crappy tire for some WD-40. You do what you gotta do these days to save!!
If you put all that stuff in your Mirage, it's going to be MAKING fuel, not burning it!

I got this, ahum, interesting one, in one of the posts. Sorry for the Dutch language:
It says "Rollback your odometer".
Which I assume is, mmm, kind of illegal. I've cleared out the company name, would never support potential scammers.
