Yeah, that wasn't me, but my incident had the same "impact". Sorry, couldn't resist. Dirk, it was $302.91 installed, done in my garage in about an hour. Company called AllService Glass.

I'll bet it would cost alot more with my 2021 because it has that bull-crap collision mitigation camera attached to the front windshield.

Man that is true. I mean doesn't the owner manual says the glass has to be OEM in order for the collision mitigitation function to work? Thought I heard it does but not sure.

Or perhaps there a way to "disable or delete" that hopefully? I am however thankful that ES model doesn't have lane keeping assistance function because it is very impractical for someone who already keeping their eyes on the road. It not a Blindspot proof for that matter. I'm like Mark who doesn't want too many features equipped beside the necessity ie AC, cruise control, and Android auto/apple carplay/Bluetooth, and that it.

Oh and I'm also glad that the ES trim doesn't have TMPS!

Do you mean TPMS? That's a mandated items for all vehicles in the States for the past 15 years or so. Backup cameras became mandated in 2018, too.

Unless TMPS is something else? I don't know everything for sure!!!!

Not sure admitting you're like Mark is wise either!

I can turn off collision mitigation and just get normal front glass windshield. I'd just have to forever deal with the yellow idiot light on. At least it doesn't blink.
