Man that is true. I mean doesn't the owner manual says the glass has to be OEM in order for the collision mitigitation function to work? Thought I heard it does but not sure.
Or perhaps there a way to "disable or delete" that hopefully? I am however thankful that ES model doesn't have lane keeping assistance function because it is very impractical for someone who already keeping their eyes on the road. It not a Blindspot proof for that matter. I'm like Mark who doesn't want too many features equipped beside the necessity ie AC, cruise control, and Android auto/apple carplay/Bluetooth, and that it.

Do you mean TPMS? That's a mandated items for all vehicles in the States for the past 15 years or so. Backup cameras became mandated in 2018, too.
Unless TMPS is something else? I don't know everything for sure!!!!
