(Mirage G4: North American debut - Mitsubishi photo)
Motoring.com.au is reporting the Mirage sedan (and it will be called Mirage, not Attrage) is going on sale in Australia in a couple of months.
Highlights:
- 1.2L with either CVT or 5-speed manual
- same 3-trim packaging as the hatch
- will probably be a bit more expensive than the hatchback
- Mitsu says "It is quieter and smoother and it has much better response."
- 90% of mini-car sales in Australia are hatchbacks
- will be up against the more expensive Honda City sedan, which will also launch around the same time

Should be interesting to see what happens with the G4, considering how well Mirage has been selling in Australia.
It's probably a good bet the sedan is following a similar roll-out sequence that the hatchback had, which means New Zealand next, then possibly Europe, and lastly the Americas.
We haven't heard anything from Mitsu since the G4 made its North American debut to gather consumer feedback on offering it over here.
