I've been a Mitsubishi owner/enthusiast since 1996. The brand has literally changed my life. I want a Mirage. I want an Outlander. And an Outlander Sport. And an Eclipse Cross. (And pretty much everything else they've ever made.)
Which makes me a bit of an outlier. If you follow Mitsubishi (North America) on Instagram or Facebook, by now you've seen just how many of my "peers" are actively sabotaging just about everything they do online. They bring ignorant vitriol in spades, always decrying the loss of Mitsubishi models at least 90% of them never actually bought new in the first place.
Mitsubishi is known for their trucks, it's true, but they're also known for making fun-to-drive, fuel efficient vehicles—that just happen to end up being among the most potent motorsport weapons around from time to time.
I represent a small group of longtime owner/enthusiasts who want to help Mitsubishi stem the tide of ignorance—by helping spread word that the Mirage—along with Mitsubishi's other recent models—is a great little car, loved by owners, and being customized and modified like every Mitsubishi before it.
Got a good feeling about this place. Life requires I lurk, but I'm always listening.
EDIT: I guess I could maybe show some of my Mitsubishis, eh?
