Do you like DIY maintenance? Browsing around I found the Mitsubishi Quick Inspection form. It gives an outline of things to look for. Use it when doing maintenance on your car or at any time, really.
There is a pdf version of the checklist. It can be found on Mitsubishi's website here. Also, look for the pdf as an attachment to this post in case Mitsubishi ever takes it down.
This checklist is a good start, and can be helpful for new drivers to get a better understanding of vehicle condition & maintenance.
