Hatchback Trunk Organizers!

I tried to search, but couldn't find anything in this forum... Are any of you using trunk organizers in you hatchback? I like to be fairly prepared and carry some items in whatever car I have. Now with the Mirage, as you all know, storage space is minimal. So I am looking at trunk organizers. I would love to see anybody's setups or if you have personal experience with a good trunk organizer. There's hundreds to choose from. Also I am open to any other ideas that are not necessarily trunk organizers...

List of stuff I keep in the car-
1) Auto sized fire extinguisher
2) 3- liter sized bottles of water
3) Snacks
4) Compact tire inflator
5) Compact blanket/towels
6) Basic tools/repair stuff (this all fits in one of the small Plano ammo cans currently)
7) Travel fishing setup w/tiny tackle boxes
8) Individual gal ziplocs, each containing a full change of clothes for each family member (3)
9) A pair of lightweight shoes for everyone (3)
10) Compact jumpstarter

If anyone carries anything they think should be added to my list, I am open to suggestions too!
