I notice the odometer doesn’t match the web description. How Odd.
Could be old stock photo of car? Looks like it was sold by the same dealer back in September with 8894 miles and relisted last week with 13,000. https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...o=%27carfax%27
Maybe someone bought it and traded it in on something else? Who knows.
Looks like a legit low mileage unicorn. Selling price is $250 less than msrp in 2017 lol

Yeah but, it's blue. So, it's worth every penny. Even though I don't care for the pooooosh button start, or the craptastic auto hvac.

The 2017 SE manual was a one year offering for those who wanted a manual with push button start, cruise control, back up camera, alloy wheels, & other features that weren't offered on the 2017 ES.
White Bear was selling them for $10,800 brand new minus whatever three $500 rebates you qualified for in 2017.
