    Maybe you should ask your dealership what PDI means since he charged you for "freight and PDI" on the sales invoice. Looks like money for nothing in this case since they didn't even check if the lights worked.

    They actually are pretty bright, could definitely sub then for your fog drl. I don't know if they're available in Canada though, I can help you get some if they're not. :-)
