My name is Dennis, I am an ecomodder member for many years, with my 1992 Honda Civic VX (retired) and a few years ago I added my 2000 Insight and now I am also here.
I just bought my wife a 2015 Mirage cvt, with less than 29k on the odometer.
I read to expect about 5.5 l/100km so I was extremely blown away on our first 400 km road trip, it was a good mixture of heavy city, normal freeway and mountain driving, we returned an amazing 4.3 l/100km.
Now I know how to drive to get great mileage having both the VX and the Insight, but in both of those you need to think and work to get the best .. the Mirage I was just driving normal .. I think its normal to me and my wife anyways .. lol
I can hardly wait to see what I can get if I actually try to get better mileage.
